Terms: the rules for using d'Origami

Last changed:

The short version

Be kind.

Be friendly to everyone. Don’t publish anything mean, scary or rude.

Publish only your own work.

Only publish models you made yourself. Don’t put your real name or anyone’s private details in a model.

When you publish, anyone can see your model.

They can also fold their own copy here. Your model stays yours.

We may remove things.

If something breaks these rules, we may take it down.

d’Origami is free to use now.

It may change, or it may stop one day.

These rules may change.

The date at the top tells you when. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app.

For grown-ups: the details

Who we are

d’Origami is a website for folding paper models on a screen. You can write to us at info@dorigami.com. How we handle information is on our privacy page.

Who can use it

Anyone can look, fold and save without an account. Accounts are for people 13 or older (older if the law where you live says so). We don’t check ages. If a younger child uses d’Origami, a grown-up should help.

Your account

You sign in with Google, with Apple, or with a code we email to you. Keep your sign-in to yourself. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

What you publish

What we may remove

We may remove a model, a name or an account that breaks these rules. That includes anything mean, unsafe or copied, anything that shares someone’s private details, and names that are rude or pretend to be someone else. We may do this without warning. If you think something here was copied from you, write to us.

Free, for now

d’Origami is free to use now. We may change it, or stop it. We try to keep it working, but we can’t promise it will always work or never lose anything.

Other sites

Our Discord is a separate site, with its own rules.
